We deliver our kai to OUSA on Mondays to Thursdays (when OUSA is open!)

OUSA Clubs & Socs has reduced hours until the 28th of November 2025 and then is closed until the 5th of January 2026.

Reduced Hours: Through November 28th, kai will be dropped off to OUSA around 4:15pm. You must be able to pick up by 5pm (that is when OUSA closes).

2026 schedule: Kai will be available for pick-up Mondays to Thursdays at OUSA from 4:15pm to 5pm from 5th of January to 20th Feb.

Semester schedule: Starting from the 23rd of February, normal OUSA & kai collection hours will resume. You can pick up your kai from 4:15 to 6pm.

Extended Collection Hours: During the normal semester schedule, remains open until 9:30 PM, so meals can still be picked up after the designated window. However, we cannot guarantee the safety or freshness of meals collected after 6:00 PM.

Food Safety Disclaimer: After 6:00 PM, we cannot ensure the quality or safety of your meal. Consumption beyond this time is at your own risk.

Unclaimed Orders: Any meals not collected by the end of the day will be discarded, and refunds or replacements will not be provided.

Orders can be picked up at OUSA Clubs and Societies, 84 Albany Street.
