At most locations, your kai will be waiting for you unsupervised in our collection cabinets.
At OUSA and Bin Inn, the kai is left with their teams at reception.
Please arrive to your pick-up point early if you'd like to receive your kai directly from your Bowling Club driver. We send an email when we your kai has left The Bowling Club.
Get in touch with us at admin@thebowlingclub.co.nz and we will get back to you ASAP with a refund.
Each collection point has a standard set time These can be found at the bottom of our 'About Delivery Orders' page.
We will also email you when your kai has left The Bowling Club.
We are not able to share totally free kai though this delivery system, however we are happy to make a discount code for you of up to 90% off.

If we have enough people who are willing to order regularly, we're happy to consider new locations! We require an average of 5 orders/location on any given day to make it sustainable for our team. :)
