Once our drivers have dropped off your order, your kai will be in containers, in a bag and in crates.
This is a process of trust where we don’t have anyone supervising the kai. However, in the future we are looking at getting lockboxes for each collection point.
If you’re ordering to OUSA, the reception team helps us distribute meals. This link has more information on OUSA orders.

Most locations have a Facebook page that our delivery drivers post on when the kai has been dropped off. You can find the links to the local Facebook pages here.
Each location has a standard set time they aim for kai to be delivered to each week. These can also be found in the above link under “Collection Points & Delivery Times”.

Absolutely! If you contact Cass at admin@thebowlingclub.co.nz, she can organise a discount code for you to use when checking out to make your kai cheaper or free.
We are very happy to share free vegetarian meals, however, we do have to limit meat meals to one per order.
